VETWAYS publishes new national study data reports
The VETWAYS research team has published six new data reports on findings from the first phase of their national study, carried out in fall 2022 and spring 2023.
Findings in these reports cover results from analyses of surveys (n=1,590) and interviews (n=74) from student service members/veterans (SSM/Vs) and non-military students from Middle Tennessee State University, the University of Maryland, the University of New Mexico, the University of Texas at San Antonio, and Wright State University.
Focused on providing data-supported insights for university educators, these reports are centered on student military experiences and transitions into college, career plans, social support networks, and relationships between these factors. Insights and recommendations for educators and other stakeholders, based on the results of the study, are also presented.
Reports are in the Publications section of our website. Also see the UW-Madison’s School of Education write-up on the work.
